I think food should be colorful, delicious, satisfying and made with joy. Food should be natural, seasonal and fresh. I use healthy and delicious kosher ingredients in all my dishes. I steer away from packaged and processed foods, preferring to make things from scratch. I love to cook with a variety of meats, poultry and fish, and always use the best and freshest options. Cooking is my passion and I’d love to share it with you.

As a personal chef I develop customized meal programs for my hungry, time-pressed clients and provide delicious meals for them prepared from all fresh ingredients. I even package and store their meals with specific handling instructions so they can be enjoyed at their convenience. When my clients come home from a long day, they don’t have to worry about what’s for dinner anymore. They can enjoy delicious, healthy meals in the comfort of their own home.

Elke Probkevitz studied at the Center for Kosher Culinary Arts and is certified by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals for safe food handling. All ingredients are purchased from stores that are under the supervision of the Vaad of the Five Towns. All meals are prepared in a kosher kitchen
used exclusively by Elke Probkevitz.
